MSc Computing applicants should hold at least a British second class Honours degree or an equivalent qualification. Applications with lesser qualifications but with substantial work experience in computing will also be considered. Postgraduate Diploma applicants must hold at least a British Pass or Ordinary degree, or the equivalent. Students are expected to have some previous programming experience.

Note: The MSc Computing course is not suitable for people already well qualified in computing. People in this category are encouraged to apply for MPhil or PhD degrees or for one of our advanced MSc courses.
