Head of the Microcomputer Music Research Unit. The MMRU has been responsible for the design and development of BEST (Bradford Enhanced Synthesis Technology), and for this work has attracted, to date, grants totalling around 670,000. Current work is centred upon the third generation of this technology. (See MMRU homepage).
